Fossils / TV tip

Finally we have some good news for you.

Steven’s gotten the lead part in ‘Fossils’, a SyFy TV production shot in Bulgaria at the end of last year. He plays Jake Roundtree, a Sheriff in Oregon who has to save his community from marauding dinosaur fossils accidentally brought back to life by his Native American Uncle Dakota.

Director of this film is Colin Ferguson (whom you might know for playing Sheriff Carter on ‘Eureka’) and the cast also includes Gabriel Womack.

According to imdb the movie is still in production and no concrete air date has been set yet, but we hope to get some behind-the-scenes photos soon.

Additionally for all German fans:
RTL is going to show the episode of CSI:Miami ‘Alle im Visier’ (original ‘Target Specific’) on March 30 at 9:15 pm. Enjoy.

  1. yes!!!

  2. Found this on Womacks facebook

Fossils was shot this summer in Sofia, Bulgaria and it stars me and Steven Brand. It’s a TV movie for the Sci-Fi channel and will premier next summer. It’s basically Night at the Museum meets Jurassic Park. Hope you all will watch, I will let you know the premier date when I do.

  3. I know I had found that one too :) Thanks though.

That’s so great, isn’t it? When this is airing on SyFy I’ll try to catch a livestream on the net, I’m not gonna sit here and wait another year or two for this coming to DVD until I can see it, nonono…!

Hopefully Steven won’t die this time :P

  4. I hope we get news oon!

  5. This still has no air date from scyfy.

  6. Maybe it’s still in post-production because Colin is too busy doing Eureka (or visiting fan conventions LOL) ;) (I have him – Colin Ferguson – on Twitter, he’s great, funny guy!!!)

  7. Any news on this flick? I’d love to watch it!
